1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AudioVRA (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You also agree that you have read and understood any related policies presented in the interface (including notices about cookies, analytics, or updates). Where local law requires additional disclosures, those disclosures are incorporated by reference.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts

Security

The Service, including its software, UI, design elements, text, audio, and course materials (collectively, “Content”), is owned by AudioVRA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limited license
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes, as applicable.
Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly display course materials without written permission.
- You may not remove proprietary notices or attribution.
- Use of trademarks, logos, and brand elements requires written permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
5. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
No warranties
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
- We do not warrant that Content will meet your requirements or achieve any specific results.
- You are solely responsible for how you apply information learned from the Service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AudioVRA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
6. Changes

Your choices
